Mission Adventures

Is a short term intensive program with focus on groups. The goal is to connect the church with the missionary field and influence in a effective way to fulfill the great comsision. Through the service, to inspire the new generation to reach the society effectively, with a deep commitment with Jesus.

The program started in  the United States, about ten years ago and was spread all over the world, promoting short term campaigns, as well as installing itself in a permanent way in some YWAM bases. This is the greatest way to mobilize people for missions in a short term.

We offer complete service, we take care of every detail so that you and your group  may enjoy all the ministerial opportunities. We provide you the food, hosting, transport and all the logistics stuff do that you might be unique and exclusively focused on your group and on the ministry. Our lemma is: “we make the service so that you make your ministry”.

We have an awesome training program. Experienced missionaries will train you and your group so that the gospel might be proclaimed in an effecive way. We train you in arts, creative evangelism, prectise works, dynamics, strategies and etc.

Opportunity for Growth. There is nothing more efficient for growth than to get involved and be a tool of transformation. Through the performance in short-term missions, your group will grow in faith, in Hearing and Obeying Him. It is a spur to growth and maturity.

Urban Mission Adventures

YWAM-DF believes that Brasilia has its own profile. Thinking of it we will use one of the largest and most diverse cities in Brazil as a backdrop for action and transformation. We can consider Brasilia as the best representation of city in Brazil, because nowhere else we have so strong convergence in exclusive urban activities. It is a place that exists solely for offices, shops, powers. The nature here is the concrete. In Distrito Federal there were no exodus from rural areas because there are no rural areas, and yet it has the Brazil’s highest population density with more than 400 inhabitants/km², the only place where the five regions of Brazil are represented . In Brasilia we will have cross cultural experiences, you will be investing in the lives of its young people regardless of age to be used by God, they will leave our program with a deep passion and an overwhelming desire to serve more. Through their time here, they will see that evangelism is a lifestyle that they take wherever they go and that God will use them to minister people they never thought it would be possible. In our program they will see among other things:

1.Overcomming Fear;

2.Ingaging  in Intercession;

3.Knowing Poverty and Serving the Poor;

4 Facing the Realities of Prostitution;

5.Appreciating and Celebrating Cultural Diversity;

6.Exploring and Engaging in the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
